Preparing For Your Shoot
- Make a playlist that makes you feel present and good in your skin.
- Eat a good breakfast.. Please don’t starve yourself. If you want your body to be there for you, you have to take care of it. Depriving yourself before your shoot will only have a negative effect.
- Stay away from alcohol and processed foods the night before. Eat clean and stay hydrated.
At Your Shoot - What To Expect
We start the session by just settling in and catching up. Then we go over clothing options and do hair and make-up. We will shoot both indoor and/or outdoor. I use a mix of natural, fill and studio light so that no matter what the weather or time of day, we will be able to shoot.
After Your Shoot - What To Expect
You will receive a Dropbox link to your photos one week after full payment has been remitted. Your photos will remain on Dropbox for 30 days for you to download them and make back up copies. After 30 days, the photos will be removed. Should you need the photos reloaded, there will be $100 fee. Keep in mind that I cannot guarantee that I will have the ability to reload them after the 30 days.
Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy
Rescheduling a shoot must be done 4 or more days before the scheduled shoot. Shoots rescheduled later than 4 days before the shoot will result in loss of the deposit.
Cancelations will result in loss of deposit. For cancelations made 4 days or less before the shoot, the client will be responsible for the entire cost of the shoot.
Headshot and Branding Photo Session
Each headshot session is customized to suit all your marketing needs. This includes multiple headshots, lifestyle, and full body shots. I shoot natural and studio light. I also shoot outdoors, weather permitting. Having the space and the expertise to offer different styles of shooting, we can create images to suit many of the industry requirements (film, commercial, and theater) and well curated images to use for social media posts and website usage. If you are looking for images that cover all touch-points of the industry, then this is the perfect session for you.
Includes:
A customized vision board. Once you have booked your session, you will receive a questionnaire that I will use to start your vision board. Once created, you will begin to search for images that you will connect with and add them to our board. Not only does this create a sense of enthusiasm and focus towards your session, but it will be a great reference point to use during our Shoot Prep Consultation.
A 60 minute Zoom shoot prep consultation where we will go over your casting range and types. We will discuss styling and choose your wardrobe. This is going to be a wonderful opportunity to strategize and and go over any questions and concerns you may have. I want you to feel prepared and excited the morning of your shoot.
You will have professional hair and make up done followed by an expertly directed photo session. I will guide you with genuine and organic conversation to bring out different facets of your emotions, character, and essence. I will create a safe and nurturing enviornment for you and we will go on a powerful and beautiful journey together.
When its all done, you will have a variety of photos which will include different styles of headshots and lifestyle photos (these will be photojournalistic and editorial styled images). I will also capture images that will be specifically framed for social media covers (i.e. Facebook and LinkedIn), profile pictures (i.e. Instagram and Facebook), and website photos (Home/About Me/Gallery).
